The University of Pennsylvania Field Center for Children's Policy, Practice & Research, with special recognition to Dean Gelles and Executive Director Debra Shilling Wolfe.  With their support and encouragement, SOC has been able to implement the first Human Services 2.0 InterOptimability Roadmap in Montgomery County, PA. This initial project should provide the basis for the county to build an interoperable solution which is extensible to the remainder of the Commonwealth’s 67 counties.
