Business Process Reengineering

Stewards of Change applies standard business process analysis, process mapping and reengineering techniques to help human service organizations develop a detailed understanding of their operations including structural impediments and enabling strengths. Following an analysis of the current “As-Is” state of a particular business or process we offer redesign recommendations through a series of “To Be” sessions designed to streamline current processes by eliminating duplicate, inefficient or unnecessary steps or activities. Technology Assessment, Planning and Consulting

Stewards of Change provides strategic technology consulting to create flexible technology solutions that can connect disparate legacy systems with diverse technical requirements, data formats, and file structures keeping our strategic goal of consumer centricity front and center.
